Welcome to ClearFit, a resume analysis tool designed to help job seekers optimize their resumes for tech roles. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Service

ClearFit provides resume analysis using AI. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform in any way that could harm the service or other users.

2. Account and Authentication

You must create an account via Google or email/password to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms.

3. Uploaded Content

When you upload a resume to ClearFit:

• You retain all ownership of your resume content.
• You give us permission to temporarily process the file to provide analysis.
• We do not store resume files after analysis. All uploads are automatically deleted after your session.

You must only upload resumes that you own or have permission to analyze.

4. Subscription and Payments

If you choose to upgrade to ClearFit Pro, billing is handled securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.

5. No Guarantees

ClearFit does not guarantee that using our analysis will result in job offers or interviews. The service is intended to provide suggestions and insights, not definitive outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClearFit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via the site or email.
